Tuna Salad
Add some vegetables to your tuna sandwich with this color tuna salad. Kale, carrots, and dill combined with the tuna make a fresh tasting, crunchy dish.
Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 10 oz Tuna, two cans
- 1 cup Kale, finely chopped
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 tbsp Dill, fresh
- 1 tsp Mustard, stone ground or Dijon
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
Instructions
- Chop the celery and carrot. I recommend chopping the carrot into small cubes or strips.
- Finely chop the kale and dill.
- Drain the water from the tuna.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until equally blended.
- Serve with crackers, flat bread, toasted wheat bread, or other favorite bread.
