Tuna,
two cans

Kale,
finely chopped

stalk
Celery

Dill,
fresh

Mustard,
stone ground or Dijon

Mayonnaise

ground
Instructions
Chop the celery and carrot. I recommend chopping the carrot into small cubes or strips.
Finely chop the kale and dill.
Drain the water from the tuna.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until equally blended.
Serve with crackers, flat bread, toasted wheat bread, or other favorite bread.
