Honey Grilled Pork Chops

A simple marinade with honey, oil, and vinegar adds a great flavor to these pork chops.

These pork chops make a delicious meal with our cast-iron roasted potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts.

Honey Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 1/2 inch thick pork chops (bone in)

Instructions

Marinade

  • Using a small bowl, mix the honey, vinegar, oil, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put the pork chops in a gallon size zip lock bag, add the marinade and shake it to cover the chops.
  • Let the chops marinade for an hour or two in your refrigerator.

Grill

  • Fire up the grill.
  • Cook the chops on one side for about 4 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side for 3 or 4 more minutes.
