Salmon Dip

No matter how good your salmon may be for a main dish, you will occassionally have some left.  This simple dip makes a great snack or appetizer from your leftover salmon.

The dip is good with crackers and wonderful with fresh crusty bread.

Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Salmon - use cooked leftovers (or canned if you are desperate)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley - chopped, fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic - minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Shred the cooked salmon and pull any bones you can find.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve with crackers or bread.
