class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Feed your sourdough the first thing on the morning you want pizza.&nbsp; You&#8217;ll have do do it the night before for a lunchtime pizza.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pull out a cup or so of sourdough starter from your fridge.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Put the sourdough starter in a large glass (or plastic) bowl.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Add the flour and water and stir it into a smooth batter.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in a warm place for at least 4 or 5 hours (overnight if you are making a lunch pizza).&nbsp;<br><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Make the dough<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Start making the dough about 4 hours before you want your pizza.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pull 1 1\/2 cups of fed sourdough starter from the large bowl and put it in another large bowl.  Put the remaining starter in a plastic container and store it in the fridge.  This will be the starter for future recipes.<br><\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Add the flour and salt to the starter and mix it with your hands until smooth.&nbsp; If it seems too thick, add a tablespoon or two of water.&nbsp; This is a judgement call &#8211; you&#8217;ll figure out what works for you based on the thickness of your starter and practice.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Add the olive oil.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Kneed with your hands (in the bowl) for about 10 to 15 minutes.&nbsp; It will start out as a sloppy, oily mess, but will become a smooth dough in a few minutes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Split the dough into 2 equally sized pieces.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Put each piece into a small bowl and cover with plastic wrap.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Let the dough rise for about 3 hours.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sprinkle some flour (and corn meal if you want) on your working surface and roll each piece into a circle about 12 inches in diameter.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Let the dough sit as you heat your oven or grill<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-846-step-1-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Put your pizza stone into your oven or grill prior to heating.&nbsp;
