Stone may call it a pale ale, but I tend to think of it as an IPA, it is just too hoppy for a pale ale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe uses White Lab\u2019s Dry English Ale Yeast (WLP007).  This is a good yeast for high gravity ales and has a clean profile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are ever in San Diego, a visit to Stone is worth it.
