block;\">After about 45 minutes to an hour, turn the turkey breast up and continue basting every 20 minutes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-288-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Roast until a meat thermometer registers 170 \u00b0F, and the skin is a dark golden brown. &nbsp;Then pull the turkey out of the oven, cover it with foil and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-288-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Carve and
